Pas de télévision française dans la chambre car elle avait été déréglée et personne n'est allé faire le nécessaire.
De plus j'avais des béquilles donc un handicap visible, je ne parle pas de mon mari qui est malvoyant et on nous a donné une chambre avec accès escaliers.
Non vraiment pour nous qui sommes en Italie pour des raisons professionnelles plusieurs fois par an et ce même dans le sud de l'Italie où nous avons des hôtels plus que parfaits cet hôtel n'est vraiment pas à recommander.
Manque de professionnalisme certain et surtout manque de courtoisie.
Mais cela ne remet pas en cause votre site que j'utilise assez souvent et dont je suis très contente.

La camera era perfetta nella parte notte, ma il bagno lasciava un po' a desiderare.
A parte le ceramiche un po' datate e l'illuminazione insufficiente, il sostegno della doccia era rotto e sui muri della stessa c'erano tracce nere di muffa.
