Le camere che ci sono state assegnate non corrispondono ad un hotel 5 stelle. Secondo me, le foto che fa vedere l'hotel sono quelle delle camere più costose e non mette le foto delle altre. Non ho avuto la facoltà di scegliere la camera che desideravo pagando eventualmente anche di più. I bagni sono fatiscenti! In sintesi la mia stanza era da un tre stelle e non da 5.

Poca professionalità del personale, scarso il servizio navetta. Soddisfacente invece la jacuzzi e il letto a baldacchino.

Ständig presente Animation stört, weil sie zentral stattfindet. Man kann ihr nicht entkommen.
Das Personal des "A la Carte-Restaurants LE Dune" ist keine Fachpersonal, der Service dort ist schlecht.
Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es keine adäquaten Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten.
Bei Regen gibt es keine trockene Verbindung zum Hotelzimmer.
