I booked the hotel to bring customers to Italy. At no point when booking was I advised that the hotel had 2 of the three floors under construction, this was very bad and the work created a lot of noise and dust, there was also plenty of construction materials lying around the whole hotel. Also due to the lack of people staying at the Hotel I can confirm that the breakfast was the worst we had ever experienced, I ate 1 boiled egg and a piece of stale bread, there was nothing else of any worth to eat, my 2 customers ate nothing and complained about the hotel and the stay. I have stayed in Holiday Inns and used the hotel chain frequently and was extremely surprised about the poor quality of this particular one.

I can't believe, that the hotel didn't had a public pay phone, if you wanted to communicate by other means than the hotel phone service, you couldn't.
My room was not cleaned, it had a bottle of water opened, the soap in the shower was used. They tried to charged me for a dinner that I didn't have.
And the counter personel was rude and didn't help at all. I choose Holiday inn, because they are inexpensive hotels with a good American standards, and excellent price/ quality relationship .
I felt robbed!!!
