Staff poco professionale e soprattutto non in grado di dare giuste spiegazioni; scarsa la pulizia; ambiente poco silenzioso, tanto da svegliare il cliente già alle 6 del mattino; manca il ristorante e quelli convenzionati sono di bassa qualità. In hotel non soddisfano le richieste del cliente, neanche quando sbagliano : ad esempio mi hanno sbagliato la prenotazione della camera, per fare un favore a qualche amico. Inoltre non abbiamo ricevuto il numerro telefonico dell'albergo ed abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora per il transfert dall'albergo al porto. Sufficiente soltanto la colazione.
