At the reception they took our passports and do not gave it back when we left next day. We drived about 400km to Como lake and only when we checked in to the another hotel found out we are without passports. Somebody can say that it was our own problem but I think hotel receptionists should care about "stupid" tourists.
They delivered it in two days and we need to pay 35Eur.
