We had a lovely stay at the hotel,great value for money, great view, very large room and spotless.The restaurant provided great food with very good prices. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only negative feedback was that the restaurant and bar wasn't open between breakfast and lunch when we just wanted to have some coffee.We would definitely recommend the hotel and we would happily stay there again.

Hôtel éloigné du centre touristique de Palerme. Mieux vaut disposer d'une voiture. Place de parking limité par rapport au nombre de chambres. Donc cela ne donne pas envie de sortir le soir pour diner à l'extérieur car risque de manque de place de parking et obligation de se garer à l'extérieur ce qui n'est pas facile vu les petites ruelles. Le restaurant est correct. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais le pain pas génial et assez dur. Piscine et jacuzzi sur le toit mais piscine peu éclairé par le soleil en fin d'après-midi. Nous avions loué une chambre de 4 personnes mais nous n'avons reçu 2 chambres doubles à la place ce qui était problématique vu l'âge de mes 2 enfants peu autonomes. Notre couple a dû dormir séparé, même si l'hôtel nous a fourni une corbeille de fruits à titre d'excuse.

We really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast. The waiters were friendly and professional and food was very good. When we were leaving the hotel receptionist kindly organised hotel car to bring us to bus stop which was nice. Also, we arrived late the first night and the restaurant was closed. We were starving.. the waiter from restaurant kindly arrange to make us up some ham and cheese rolls to take to our room. We really appreciated that. Waiters were excellent in service they provided. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful and was good that staff spoke some English.

Trying to avoid high taxi charge from airport, we took bus which charged equivalent rate for child as adult: 12 euros one way, only to discover that the taxi from Palermo centre to hotel would set us back a further 40 euros one way. The greeting from hotel staff member was more glum and defensive than the other staff thereafter. So, why was the fact that the hotel had a cheaper taxi service, costing 20 euros from centre or 40 directly to airport, not pointed out clearly on their website? This is gross deception. If I had known the travel time, 1.5-2.5 hours to get there depending on the time of day, I never would have booked that hotel!

Grande chambre et belle salle de bain.

La struttura è ok, il personale sempre a disposizione e molto cortese, la magnifica vista su Palermo (anche dalla piscina Jacuzzi). A dir poco incantevole un posto bellissimo per il relax assoluto.
