Das Personal ist mitlerweile sehr arogant da ich schon 12 jahre immer wieder gast dort war fand ich das fast schon beleidigend, deshalb bin ich dieses mal sehr unzufrieden und werde mich in zukuft für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden . Ich bin selbständig auch in der Dienstleistung und aus diesem Grund kann ich immer nur kurz bzw. kurzfristig dieses mal hatte ich das gefühl das man Gäste die nur kurz bleiben nicht gerne sieht. Und wie 4 Klasse behandelt
Noch eines: als wir ankamen ca. 12.30 Uhr kam die frage was machen sie schon da und dann das Zimmer ist nicht fertig . usw.

Da ich sonst immer zur Hauptsaison im Hotel Bellevue war ,
merkte man genau den unterschied !!!!
Frühstücksbuffet ungenügend und es dauerte ewig bis wieder was aufgfüllt wurde wenn überhaubt .
auserdem war ich gewohnt auf der Terrase am Pool zu Frühstücken
auch das war nicht möglich warum??
angeblich wäre sie nicht geputzt !!!
Das beste war mal wieder unser Lieber Enrico die gute Seele vom Hotel ich hoffe er ist noch lange dort.
