Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig (Nähe Bahnhof/Busterminal-Innenstadt). Sehr freundliches Personal.Gute Atmosphäre. Frühstück sehr gut, räumlich allerdings beengt.

Todo ha sido muy bueno, el unico incoveniente era el ascensor que era muy, muy pequeño y es un inconveniente para las personas con carrito de bebe, ya que el hotel es una 3ª planta de un edificio.
El desayuno es muy bueno y muy variado. La estancia es pequeña pero encontrarán de todo y no se pierdan el chocolate recien hecho de Francesca.
Estabamos muy centricos para ir a cualquier sitio ya que florencia se recorre a pie y lo bonito es ir descubriéndola.
La decoración del hotel está muy "trabajada" con un "aire renacentista" muy bonito.
Francesca y su marido trataran de hacerles su estancia lo más comoda posible y pregúntenle cualquier duda, sobretodo para evitar las largas colas en los museos.
