Giudizio generale buono, sarebbe stato superiore se, come capita spesso in Italia, la direzione dell'hotel non avesse imposto un supplemento di euro 29 a persona per una tessera "obbligatoria" per poter usufruire della navetta dall'hotel alla spiaggia convenzionata (che non abbiamo mai utilizzato in quanto abbiamo preferito altre spiagge).

I had booked and paid for a twin room for single occupancy, but was given a single room. The staff refused to change my room, saying that they are no twin room for single occupancy in this hotel.
Also the room had only one small window, opening onto the pool which was very noisy in the afternoon and at night with music. There was no possibility of changing to a quieter spot.
The window opened only partly, as the room was so small the only place available for the television was in front of the window, blocking it.
Overall I stayed in 3 different hotels during my stay in Sardinia. The other two were 3 star hotels, and were of far superior quality and value than Hotel Cala Rosa which is 4 stars.

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, buffet più che buono, direttore molto gentile e professionale, reception da migliorare (se si sbuffa per un cliente che si ritiene antipatico, meglio non farsi vedere o sentire).
Assente il sevizio di facchinaggio.
Consigliato per famiglie con bambini.
