Mi è stata contestata la prenotazione della tripla perchè eravamo in 4 di cui 2 adulti e 2 bimbi di 4 e 8 anni. Ho dovuto pagare un'aggiunta di 100,00 euro per un lettino che non hanno fornito e per giunta siamo rimasti nella tripla, perchè a dir loro nn c'erano quadruple disponibili. La signora all'accoglienza è troppo indisponente e scortese.
Stanze troppo piccole e riscaldamenti accesi troppo tardi.
