Die Lobby und die Frühstücksräume waren neu und sehr schick, aber leider das Zimmer nicht. Es roch ein wenig muffig und die Ausstattung war relativ alt, es war aber sauber. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Zum Übernachten ausreichend, aber man kann in der Umgebung abends absolut nichts machen.

Wellnessbereich war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider außer Betrieb. Zimmer ordentlich eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war sowohl im Bereich der Rezeption als auch in der Gastronomie freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffett war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreich. Internationales Publikum inkl. Busreisegruppen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels bietet nicht all zu viel, aber die Verbindung nach Vicenza und nach Verona sind recht günstig.
