El servicio de restaurante para desayunar podria ser mejor cambiando la disposicion de autoservicio y dandole mayor despliegue a los extras.
El baño-ducha en la habitacion es muy incomodo.

Der Bahnanschluss ist fussläufig in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar, so dass viele touristischen Ziele, z.B. Siena, Florenz, Pisa mit der Bahn erreicht werden können.
Das Hotel liegt in einer nicht so schönen Gegend von Certald, es ist von zwei stark befahrenen Straßen umgeben. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist sauber und gepflegt.

Ein Hotel mit guter Anbindung an das Schienennetz. Man erreicht mit dem Zug sehr gut Florenz und Siena.
Das Personal ist sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Leider liegt das Haus im Kreuzungsbereich zweier stark befahrenen Straßen. Dadurch war es vor allem am Pool und Garten sehr laut.
