Not a very well heated room in the time I went there. The room was cold most of the time. So much noise could be heard outside my room and it was like people talking were in the room with me. Cleaners made no effort to close doors quietly or lessen trips to cleaning closet that was next to my room. The toilet and eating area were near my room and people were very loud.

Übernachtung mit drei Personen in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern.
In einem Zimmer war das Bad nicht geputzt, es waren sogar noch Fäkalien am Klodeckel zu entdecken. Der Geruch des Bads/der Toilette drang unangenehm ins Zimmer.
Im anderen Zimmer war das Bad geputzt und auch sauber.
Der Zugang zu den oberen Zimmern ist sehr schwer mit Gepäck, da die Treppe zum zweiten Stock nicht mal 80 cm breit ist.

Die Umgebung war erst etwas "erschreckend", aber das Hotel selbst war absolut ok. Der Empfang war sehr persönlich und die Unterstützung hervorragend.

La camera era fredda, molto fredda. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con tre coperte nel letto, dovrebbero fare qualcosa. Dovrebbe esserci comunicazione tra il proprietario e il personale delle pulizie visto che ha tentato più volte di entrare in camera con noi dentro.
