Forse il personale della reception potrebbe essere più accogliente e disponibile e le donne delle pulizie più silenziose e rispettose del riposo dei clienti. Le camere standard a mio avviso non sono al livello di un 4 stelle, nelle parti comuni compreso il ristorante faceva molto freddo.
