The staff was outstanding; probably the best I have encountered in Europe.
They were cheerful and helpful in every way.
The hotel is clean and very pleasant.

Troppo spazio sprecato nelle camere, ma soprattutto un enorme disservizio al ristorante, dove sono giunta alle ore 9.20 del mattino per fare la colazione a buffet, ma purtroppo non c'era più nulla, anzi addirittura mancavano persino i bicchieri per versare dell'acqua, ma cmq mancava anche quella! Abbiamo dovuto chiedere la colazione che ci hanno servito al tavolo dopo lunghe peripezie, servendoci 2 cornetti, 1 alla marmellata, 1 alla nutella e 2 caffè (decisamente è migliore la colazione di casa mia!!!). Cmq non ero l'unica a lamentarsi poiché altre persone che soggiornavano lì da settimane mi confermavano che la storia si ripeteva ogni mattina! E poi non venivano nemmeno ripuliti i tavoli dove la gente arrivata prima di noi aveva già fatto colazione, perciò noi facevamo colazione sugli avanzi degli altri, penso proprio che questo basti per farvi capire di quanto disservizio ci sia in questo ristorante! E' meglio che l'hotel provveda a richiamare il ristorante in modo da non perdere eventuale clientela, come la sottoscritta.
