Für ein 4sterne hotel spricht keiner deutsch, falsche info für die abfahrt des schiffes, in der früh bei abreise 4uhr nicht einmal ein warmes getränk sprich kaffee oder tee und trotzdem den vollen preis in der höhe von 110euro verrechnet das ist eine frechheit

The location is perfect an we were very pleased to have valet parking available. All the staff in the hotel are friendly and very helpful and have good local knowledge, so are able to advise on how to get to locations and best places to go. We originally booked for 2 nights and had planned to move on to Venice [we eventually did a day trip with the train] but we loved it so much in Trieste and were so happy with the Hotel we booked a further 5 nights. The bar and restaurant was fairly quiet when we were there but the service is excellent from breakfast to the last cocktail in the evening!
