We needed stay only for the night and arrived at 2 am. It was listed that parking is available which in real life means:if you can find free parking place in the street. surrounding was qualified as bad because of the noise of the nearby train station which was not mentioned in the web description

L’hôtel précisait un parking privé mais il n'y avait pas de place pour se garer dans l'hotel. Nous sommes arrivés en provenance d'un séjour en Croatie avec une voiture remplie de bagages et des vélos sur le toit. Donc nous n'avons pas voulu laissé la voiture sans surveillance et mon mari a dormi dedans. D'autant plus que le quartier n'était pas très sûr à minuit.
