Avremo anche preso la camera a prezzo scontato ma il frigobar era inesistente e la TV non funzionava. La pulizia della camera però era molto buona.

Poor internet WI-FI connection in the room. We had to use the PC in the registration area. Breakfast was offered at a bar across the street which consisted of a roll and a cappuccino. This is not what we expected.

Calorosa accoglienza con informazioni per visita alla città. Disponibilità a lasciare i bagagli fino alla partenza del treno. Non c' è la colazione in hotel, ma un buono per la pasticceria, che per noi è stata la cosa migliore.
Forse l' ingresso nei locali pare un pò angusto, ma l' altezza da un attimo di respiro e compensa. É stata la prima volta che ho alloggiato, ma la mia idea (eravamo in 7) è di ritornarci in quanto l' hotel può accogliere fino a 14 posti letto ed è a conduzione familiare, ben pulito e silenzioso in un vecchio palazzo da poco resturato.

There is no breakfast room in the hotel (you get 'on-the-go" breakfast in a coffee bar across from the hotel).
One night there were lots of persistent phonecalls to the hoteldesk (which was very close to our room), but no-one to answer them, and the answering machine service was not working. This was taken care of after we complained about it the next morning.
Overall we were quite satisfied with the room and its cleanliness, the quality of the bed and bathroom, and the friendliness of the staff.

Al momento di pagare, sono stato informato che non erano accettate le carte di credito per guasto del pos. Il sospetto che fosse una scusa per non pagare le commissioni della carta di credito è forte e la cosa mi ha creato notevole inconveniente costringendomi ad andare apposta ad un bancomat per disporre dei contanti necessari. inoltre, ai nostri amici che avevano prenotata una camera singola è stato detto che sarebbero stati alloggiati in una camera nelle vicinanze: in effetti la loro camera era in un altra struttura, molto, ma molto più brutta e di livello generale incomparabilmente più basso, ma hanno dovuto ugualmente pagare lo stesso prezzo come se fossero stati nella struttura originale. Nel complesso giudico questo trattamento inaccettabile.
