Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel donnant sur le passage des tramways donc bruyant. A' cela s'ajoutent les bruits intérieurs de douche, toilette des chambres voisines et les bruits extérieurs de ramassage des containers d'ordures quand on donne sur l'avenue derrière la gare. C'est la raison pour laquelle le prix m'a semblé trop élevé au regard des prestations. Rien à redire sur le personnel.

The staff at the hotel were particularly pleasant and very helpful, especially Luca and George.

This hotel is located next to Santa Maria Novella train station, walking distance. It is possible to walk to Duomo also. There are several restaurant in walking distance. Good location
Hotel is fine. Room was good and big (triple room), bathroom wasn't that great.
Overall good value for money, but nothing fancy.
