La camera era piena di polvere, il pavimento non è stato pulito.
Colazione scadente con prodotti confezionati industriali.
Nessun controllo delle persone che avevano accesso all'hotel, tanto più che il giorno 26 ottobre c'è stato un furto nella sala colazione.
Al momento del pagamento il personale mi avrebbe fatto pagare circa 90 euro in più rispetto a quanto concordato nella prenotazione, se non avessi avuto la stampa della stessa.

Estuve en el hotel Diana dos días antes consultando sobre si la estadía del día 21 estaba todo en orden y me respondieron que si y verificaron todos los datos inclusive las estadías posteriores. Cuando me hice presente el día 21 me enviaron a otro hotel. Yo he elegido el hotel Diana porque de allí salen las excursiones que tomé.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Rome, in walk distance from most of the monuments. Nice restaurants nearby. Perfect garden on the roof, nice breakfast, nice people. Unfortunately no iron room, neither possibility to receive it from reception, only paid ironing service.

Замечательный отель. Нам там очень понравилось. Находиться в центре Рима, метро и остановки автобусов рядом. Приятное отношение персонала отеля. Хотелось бы побывать в нем еще раз. Будем рекомендовать знакомым и друзьям этот отель.

While the services and staff members were largely OK, we were disappointed with the room facilities. We were provided a very small room which was converted from a single room and a connected room where noise from the adjacent room could be clearly heard. Although the hotel helped us change to a quieter room upon our request the next day, the new room was small and looked very different from what we saw online. We were disappointed as we don't think we had been given a room that up to the standard of a four-star hotel and the money we have paid.
