Da migliorare la colazione...

Forse "una mano di bianco" al giro scale non guasterebbe. Fa proprio una brutta impressione.

Breakfast facilities could be better.

Tutto buono eccetto la colazione.

The Hotel is in very good position, 5 min. to Fountain di Trevi, 5 min. to Spanish Steps. You can take metro at Spagna or Barberini station, each of them a few minutes by foot.

Room (I have single) is rather small but clean. There is small fridge, LCD-TV screen, air conditioning, and safety deposit box. Breakfast is very simple, bread, butter, jam and very good cafe.

I had some problems with check out because in the reception they have another price than I have in my reservation but they explained it.

La colazione può essere decisamente migliorata, i cornetti non erano di buona qualità, fra i succhi di frutta le alternative erano solo arancia e ananas e anch'essi non di buona qualità

Camera poco illuminata, TV piccola e vecchia.

Avrei indicato "ottimo" per "comfort e servizi" se fossi riuscito a far funzionare la TV.

Lo unico positivo de este hotel es que esta bien ubicado, el desayuno mas bien lo justo, al igual que la limpieza, de la recepcion a las habitaciones. Es como pasar por el tunel del tiempo: terrorifico. Se sale de un edificio para pasar a otro con paredes descascaradas a las que piden pintura a gritos, el ascensor prehistorico, en fin esta relacionado el precio con la calidad.

The reception and the rooms are at the different buildings, and the internal connection of the buildings is awful. The elevator and internal facilities are rather old, and the building itself also. Still, the personnel is very welcoming, and the room facilities (new and professional system of conditioning etc) are better that the building itself. Anyway, inspite of great surroundings (Spanish steps etc) it will not be my first choice for staying in Rome next time.
