Ausstattung:
Die Bettdecke hatte Brandlöcher, das Zimmer stank stark nach Rauch. Das Bad war schimmelig und schlecht gereinigt, ich holte mir einen Pilz. Es gab Heißwasser aber kein Kaltwasser, die Reklamation wurde nicht beachtet. Der Fernseher funktionnierte ausschließlich gegen Bezahlung was bei Euro 150/Nacht frech ist.
Service:
Die Reinigungsfrau zwar hängte ständig meine persönlichen Sachen im Zimmer von einer Seite auf die andere, aber der Boden z.B. blieb schmutzig. Bad/Bett Wäsche wurde täglich gewechselt was ich sehr begrüßte.
Da ich bei der Abreise um 6h30 schon am Flughafen sein mußte, ersuchte ich am Vortag um ein Breakfast-Paket, ich bekam nichts. Das Frühstück bestand aus gummiähnlichen Croissants alle einzelverpackt in folierten Säcken mit Haltbarkeitsmittel-Geruch, oder Einzelverpackten Zwieback, Einzelverpackte Butter, Marmelade und Käseecken. sonst nichts. Der Kaffee aus dem bereitgestellten Automat war für Italienische Verhältnisse einfach nur schlecht.
Resume:
Diese Form der Raummiete ( alte Mietshäuser werden notdürftig umgebaut als Hotel vermietet ) habe ich schon in London kennengelernt. Ab sofort werde ich nur mehr qualitätsstandard geprüfte Hotels buchen.

L'accueil était extrêmement agréable, les chambres très propres, le parking bienvenu. En revanche, il vaut mieux des boules Quies car la rue est passante et surtout il y a des défauts d'entretien côté plomberie et menuiserie. C'est dommage car sinon c'est un hôtel à recommander. Sur les prix ? L'Italie est un pays cher !
