Salle de restauration trop petite attente tous les jours jusqu'à 20minutes et le petit dejeuner insuffisant pour un trois etoiles. L'une des chambres triple etait une chambre double avec un lit pliant.

I wouldn't say the service was totatly satisfactory. In fact, I think you should have a field saying satisfactory and less than satisfactory rather than very bad in your evaulation.

When I got to the hotel, the person couldn't find my booking. I should him a print out saying that I had a reservation. It took about 5-10 mins for him to sort out as he said they were very busy. When I got to the room there was no air-conditioning and it was really hot. When I went back down to ask if I could change rooms he said no. The next day, breakfast was terrible. It took about 15 minutes to get served and I got a called glass of milk when I asked for hot. It was really unimpressive and would not stay there again.

A) Our hotel room was being apparently being modernised and the bathroom and bedroom were not completed. No shower curtain, towel rail, television or phone.

B) Hot water was not always available for showering .

C) The breakfast room was too small for the size of the hotel which meant waiting in a queue to eat.

D) There were other minor faults (i.e. fridge, electrical installation hummed etc)

Staff were however likeable and polite.

La valutazione sull'assistenza del personale é purtroppp bassa in quanto la prima sera abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza pessima da parte dell'addetto alla reception. (uomo non di lingua italiana, presumibilmente dell'est europeo)

Questa accoglienza alquanto maleducata ha rischiato di pregiudicare tutto il nostro soggiorno in hotel. Per fortuna l'incontro con questo soggetto é stato solo di una o due volte. Il resto del personale era gentilissimo.Per quanto riguarda la camera....la tenda della doccia aveva la muffa e la finestra, che dava sulla strada principale aveva la ringhiera che si staccava (quindi molto pericoloso perché si poteva cadere di sotto)

Non credo che l'hotel possa essere considerato un tre stelle, almeno per quello che ho visto e per la camera che mi è stata assegnata. Non è un hotel adatto a dei professionisti che hanno esigenze specifiche e che vorrebbero anche riposare. La camera era rumorosissima a tutte le ore della notte ed il sistema idraulico del bagno, se così lo vogliamo chiamare, lasciava veramente a desiderare. A mio avviso l'hotel può andare bene per quei turisti che hanno come obiettivo quello di vedere Roma e per i quali tutto il resto non conta.

Dalle foto su internet sembra proprio un bell'albergo ma una volta arrivati ci siamo accorti che tale hotel si trova in un edificio molto fatiscente e un po in rovina, le camere sono molto meglio della prima impressione dell'edificio anche se non le corrisponderei assolutamente a quanto abbiamo pagato
