Impossibile fare colazione a rischio denuncia ASL. In un sotterraneo sporco senza finestre e con le fette biscottate aperte!

Durante la notte mi sono dovuto alzare perché le doghe della rete del letto si sono rotte e per non dover dormire sul pavimento ho dovuto sistemare il letto, in più il bagno corrispondeva ad un bagno del terzo mondo, senza sapone, cornici delle porte staccate, la doccia con acqua fredda. Se questa è l'immagine che offriamo ai turisti stranieri con quei costi, essi fanno bene ad andare da un'altra parte. Io all'hotel Ferrucci non metterò mai più piede e non lo consiglierò a nessuno.

Non esiste servizio ai piani,la colazione molto scarsa è servita nello scantinato con odore di muffa,bagno-doccia indecente per un hotel frigo in camera vuoto e deprimente e cosa più grave acqua minerale non disponibile......per cui prezzo alto per la qualità.
