Treés bel hotel , trés bien tenu, personel agréable , propre pour notre première en Italie on ne peu que dire des louanges sur cette hotel et les gens de la régions.

Séjour parfait. Nous avions réservé une chambre côté montagne et sans supplément, nous avons eu droit à une chambre avec vue sur lac. Personnel très sympathique et cuisine très variée. En revanche, nous n'avons eu que deux gobelets en plastique dans notre salle de bains pour tout le séjour.

Die Handtücher waren nicht ok - Waffeltücher als Duschtuch - kein Frottee!
Morgens lief das Warmwasser schlecht - Duschen wie in der Wüste - Kapazität der Anlage wohl nicht ausreichend!!

Le possibilità di parcheggio sono limitate, tuttavia il personale dell'albergo si è reso disponibile a spostare la mia auto parcheggiata sulla corsia di manovra.

*accès par une route très fréquentée avec impossibilité de doubler.
*adresse de l'hôtel très difficile à trouver : pas de panneau d'aglomération ou de lieu-dit ,pas de plaque de rue, pas de n° ,et pour finir : l'hôtel est au bord de la route... mais ,de nuit ,son enseigne lumineuse est illisible ( même au pied de l'enseigne quand on a eu trouvé l'hôtel !!)
*heureusement , l'hotesse d'accueil nous avait attendus et nous a accueillis très gentiment ....

Problème entre le prix donné par votre agence et le prix fait payé par l'hôtel : votre offre était à 257 Euros alors que leur facture était de 279 Euros !. Je n'ai pas pu les faire changer d'avis malgré mon explication et votre mail de confirmation avec le prix.
