El mayor inconveniente que he encontrado es el horario del desayuno que no comenzaba hasta las 7:30. Es un horario adecuado si estás alojado en el hotel por turismo, pero es tarde si estás alojado en el hotel por motivos laborales y tienes que comenzar una reunión a las 8:00.

Charming little hotel in the old town. Beautiful lounge and common balcony on the third floor and on the roof. Very helpful personnel. Only small complaint: Breakfast could be better, by including more variety in cheese, types of bread and fresh oranges.

We wanted to get to other towns in Umbria and Tuscany to attend concerts. The reception staff did some research for us and gave us the timetables printed out. We asked for a recommendation for a place to eat after our arrival and it was very good-just round the orner.
Free wifi was brilliant.

La stanza era davvero molto piccola per essere una matrimoniale, anche se Economy. Abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione perché sprovvista momentaneamente di tenda. L'altra che ci è stata destinata, ugualmente molto piccola, non aveva nemmeno un attaccapanni per i cappotti e non si sapeva dove appoggiare la roba per quanto l'ambiente era angusto e privo di funzionale arredo. Ripeto, bastava un attaccapanni dietro la porta. L'audio guida, messa a disposizione dall'hotel, la mattina, alla consegna non era funzionante. Pertanto ci siamo visti costretti a noleggiarla presso un'altra struttura gentilmente suggeritaci alla reception. Per il resto personale comunque affabile. Posizione ottima e piccolo hotel di charme. Peccato per gli inconvenienti e la camera, ma si trattava di un solo pernottamento, pertanto lo spirito d'adattamento richiestoci non ha comportato grande disagio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Fortuna. It is in an excellent location, it is a charming hotel with pleasant staff. The view from the room and roof garden are lovely. I would recommend hotel Fortuna to any tourist. Joy Scott.
