Muy mala conexión de internet, mala predisposición de los que atienden el ingreso, de todos los hoteles que estuve en Italia, es la primera vez que me pasó que no me permitían ingresar a la habitación, sin antes pagar, y no podía pagar porque ellos no tenían cambio. No lo recomendaría.

Come si evince dalle risposte, l'Hotel non aveva alcun confort poichè la pulizia delle camere era pessima, il riscaldamento mal funzionante e non arrivava acqua calda nel bagno, nonostante il problema sia stato più volte segnalato alla reception dalla sottoscritta.
