Lodówka nie działała w zadnym z dwóch pokoi w których byliśmy a upał na dworze i nie mogliśmy schodzić napoji. poza tym super bo dwa pokoje połączone drzwiami między pokojami, to dla malzenstwa z dziecmi super rozwiązanie!

The first impression is that the Hotel is not really a 4 star hotel, although the outside is nice (but not luxurious). The room we had was quite large and clean and also the bathroom was nice and large. Also the air conditioning was very efficient. The TV was old fashion and small. Then we found out that the inside of the Hotel is on his way for a radical renovation. By the way the personnel was gentle and lovely (mostly a 23 year old guy, who had already travelled all over the world and was very professional and warm) and that what is matter for us.

On voit que cet Hotel 4 étoiles à vécu, les tapis sont usées et tachés, le mobilier n'est pas d'aujourd'hui. Le prix afficher sur la porte de la chambre est exagéré. Pour le prix que nous avons payé c'est un Hotel tout ce qui a de correct!

There was a big cockroach in the room and the person on the front desk and the manager said us that was a little problem.
The smell in the 3 rooms was terrible.
This place is a trap to tourist, I would like that your site doesn´t recommend more this class of the hotel.
I stay in the Planet hotel in Arezzo and this is a very good and honest hotel.
This Granducca is a shame.
