Das Hotel ist unter deutscher Leitung und im Großen und Ganzen gut geführt.
Leider wurde uns von einer Rezeptionsangestellten die Falschauskunft erteilt, dass der Hotelstrand schon geschlossen sei (Nachsaison). Allerdings hätten wir laut Buchung je 2 Strandliegen plus Sonnenschirm inkludiert gehabt, welche wir dann an einem öffentlichen Strand extrem teuer ausleihen mussten. Am Abreisetag fragten wir bei der Hotelleitung nochmals nach, welche uns dann mitteilte, der Strand wäre sehr wohl geöffnet. Neben einer knappen Entschuldigung für die Falschauskunft und die mir entstandenen Mehrkosten, hätten wir uns über ein klein wenig mehr Entgegenkommen gefreut.

All'arrivo proposta camera piano terreno senza privacy e spazio giudicato insufficiente per il prezzo pagato. Ma sotto richiesta è stata cambiata subito con una camera più spaziosa al primo piano e ottima privacy.
