Splendide persone, ma la puzza di fumo che c'era in tutte le camere era indescrivibile, i letti sono molto scomodi ed i servizi igienici scadenti per pulizia e qualità.

Il reggidoccia era rotto. La lampadina della lampada sopra il lavandino era rotta. Il frigobar era vuoto, nonostante fossero ben esposti i prezzi. La camera era abbastanza squallida. Ho chiesto una stanza verso il cortile e non mi è stata data (forse il portiere cinese non ha capito la mia richiesta).

Siamo stati poco All'Hotel Kristal, ma l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale sono state insuperabili! Sicuramente se un giorno ci capiterà di voler visitare nuovamente Firenze, torneremo a Campi Bisenzio in quell'hotel.
Le camere sono curate, i bagni pulitissimi e l'hotel è silenzioso! Consiglio a tutti questa opzione, lì accanto c'è anche Il Campigiano, un ristorante dove la fiorentina è squisita!
