All'hotel Kristal abbiamo trovato personale gentile e disponibile, ma la prima camera assegnataci aveva molte piccole trascuratezze.
tipo: un cassetto che non chiudeva bene, il bocchettone dell'aeratore del bagno fuori uso e con la griglia esterna divelta e la spina di alimentazione staccata, ma ciò che ci ha maggiormente infastidito e' stato il fatto che la stanza da bagno era di dimensioni talmente ridotte da provocare quasi claustrofobia. Avendo noi espresso la volontà di rinunciare al secondo pernottamento, ci e' stato offerto di cambiare la camera con altra decisamente più in ordine e più confortevole.

L'unico vero difetto è che si trova praticamente fuori Orvieto Scalo (vicino all'ingresso autostradale) e risulta un po' problematico lo spostamento verso Orvieto se non si dispone della macchina. Per il resto ci siamo trovati benone.
