Difficulty to find the Hotel: different house numbers for Hotels or Shops, GPS understood the address as a shop number resulting in a 400 meters error.
Parking is a challenge.

L'ascenceur était en panne pendant tout mon séjour à Florence.
J'ai dû monter les trois étages avec mes valises à mon arrivée et redescendre les mêmes étages à mon départ.
Ayant des problèmes de dos, j'ai souffert de cette incommodité.
je pensais également que je pouvais bénéficier d'une réduction pour prestation non fournie. Cela n'a pas été le cas. C'est dommage !!! quelques % de réduction sur ma facture m'auraient permis d'oublier cet incident et mes douleurs dorsales.
