There were signs of wear and tear and need of some refurbishment.

Le service hôtelier et l’accueil ont un personnels serviables et à l'écoute du client. Par contre le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel. Cuisine simple, plats d'aucun raffinement et à des prix beaucoup trop élevés pour ce qu'ils proposent. D'autre-part le service est assuré par des personnels qui devrait apprendre le sourire, ou peut-être trouver un travail en Alaska ou le pôle Nord.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und der Gesamtauftritt wie Eindruck ist mehr als nur fraglich.
Ich war sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel und würde anderen Kunden/ Interessenten immer davon abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen.

The hotel is composed of a small building, that contains ~15 rooms. Outside of the bulding, there are additional rooms, on ground (1st floor).
We arrived at the hotel after a very long drive at 2230 (10 PM ), with a purpose of just having a good sleep before the flight back home from Fiumicino.
When we arrived, we were told there are no rooms in the bulding. We could only get a room outside the building. The room was cold (outside was 3 celsius degrees), and even after we went to sleep the AC was not heating properly and all night we were cold.
Also, a main choice parameter of hotel was a free WiFi, which was found to be working only inside the building (required us to pass through the freezing path again, if we would want to have an access to Internet).
The towels provided in the room are made of a strange fabric (not as towels as u are use to be made of..), which makes you feel like you dry up with a kitchen rag.
Eventually, we did not have a pleasant stay there. Yet I, must say the crew was trying to do their best and to help. Also, the reception clerk made us a discount of 4 euro (!), without us asking, as she was saying this was the best she can do.

The room was great and the bathroom fantastic. Too much heat during this winter night. A very good overall experience.

Very helpful staff arranging transportation from train, and to airport. Allowed us to leave luggage for a few days while we went into Rome - a nice touch. Very friendly front desk personnel - always asking if we needed anything. Upgraded us to a water view room at no extra cost. (The hotel was quite empty, but this gesture was still appreciated.)
All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Unica nota stonata; la grande confusione notturna e TV molto alta degli ospiti (stranieri) della camera accanto alla mia 108. Meno male, che siamo sempre solo noi italiani che facciamo chiasso.
