Deçu...le photo d'hotel ne corresponds pas au photo sur le site,c'est un photo d'eglise(musee) vallombrosa,hotel se trouve en face,qui ressemble plutot a un hopital ou prison,surtout avec ses fenetres bien eleves,sans frigo,la clime ne fonctionee pas,sol est carrelage,on a passee une nuit desagreable,il n'y a presque rien au petit dejeuner(un the et un croissant) alors que on a paye pour un petit dejeuner buffet?? hotel merit aucune etoile,bizarre,il en a 3...

Contrariamente a quanto scritto su internet il servizio ristorante era esterno al locale, presso una pensione vicina , con menu senza scelta ed in un ambiente da anni '50 maltenuto (credo la pensione fosse ad una stella). Si sono giustificati dicendo che l'hotel Foresta aveva avuto un imprecisato problema alle cucine.
Inoltre, quando mi sono presentato alle 14, la camera non era ancora pronta.
