The staff were extremely helpful to me as I had a motoring problem that needed to be sorted out and I can not thank you enough for that.

We had a very spacy room (upgraded) with a beautiful view.
The fixation of the shower was broken, so it had to be used by hand)
The pool was good, nice views!(more chairs would be nice)
The restaurant's housewine (chianti !!) wasn't available and the much more expensive alternative was offered at about 30 degrees celsius, so we decided not to have dinner at that place.Breakfast was good, except for the coffee, which was horrible.
