L'extérieur était en transformation et un groupe de jeunes en séjour. Nous avons pu constater que l'insonorisation était très mauvaise, avec des espaces sous les portes ce qui laissaient passer la lumière et le bruit. En plus les chambres sentaient l'humidité et toiles d'araignées au plafond
