Albergo da evitare se allergici agli acari.

Veramente straordinario il silenzio della camera.

Molto buona la struttura in generale ed i servizi offerti.

Personale discreto e disponibile.

Unico neo: nel bagno della stanza 113 (non so le altre) ho trovato veramente scomoda la posizione del water troppo costretto tra il bidet e la doccia....

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest available during a peak time. I had read some reviews before going so I wasn't expecting it to be the best hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and recommended some good restaurants and places to go. The worst part of my stay: the bed in the (single) room was, to be perfectly honest, not very good. It was rather sunken in the middle and I found it very difficult to get in a comfortable sleeping position. I also had the misfortune of being on the street side of the hotel. The trams, cars and emergency vehicles are quite noisy as they go past on Viale Bligny. Perhaps the hotel should consider some soundproofing as it is fairly constant during the night.

Also, there could have been a bit more variety with the breakfast.

If the hotel were as good as its staff, then it could genuinely call itself a four-star hotel. They need to upgrade their single rooms (as they have done with their double rooms) sooner rather than later. Overall I would say it is a good hotel, with room for improvement!
