Bagno un pò piccolo,e camera che dava sulla strada un pò rumorosa.per il resto siamo stati molto bene.lo staff ci ha accolto molto bene,è stato servizievole,gentile e disponibile.in generale è stato ottimo.vicino alla stazione a pochi passi dal centro.

- Die Nachtruhe wurde durch Busse gestört, die die ganze Nacht mit laufendem Motor vor dem Hotel standen.
- Auf der Straße hat es stellenweise unangenehm gerochen.
- Sonst für unsere Anforderungen wirklich ein gutes Hotel.

Environnement: problèmes à trouver des places de parc (mais des travaux importants avaient lieu pendant la période de notre séjour)
Personnel extrêmement serviable et prompt à trouver des solutions (notamment le dernier jour où je me suis perdu à Florence avec le véhicule en raison des travaux bloquant l'accès à de nombreuses rues).

Chambres très bien mais environnement très bruyant et comme la climatisation n'était pas individuelle et surtout ne fonctionnait pas la nuit, impossible de laisser les fenêtres fermées d'où la nuisance acoustique. En dehors de quoi la situation est très bonne et le personnel charmant.
