Chambre trop petite pour deux personnes, petit déjeuner trop petit vu le nombre de personnes. Sinon très bien place pour se déplacer avec les transports en commun. Prix trop élevé pour un hôtel 2 étoiles avec un petit déjeuner très simple.

Non ho mai visto un albergo che chiede di saldare il conto al momento del check in.

Veramente pessima la stanza, sporca e senza il minimo confort, peggio di una pensione.

Ho fatto una pessima figura con la mia famiglia, un viaggio tanto desiderato per visitare Roma.

Hotel was very close to train station which was very convenient. There were many loud teenagers staying at the hotel at the same time we were there, which made getting a spot to sit for breakfast in the morning difficult. Loud conditions in the hotel overall during the morning and evening hours.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene sicuramente rialloggerò in questo hotel per la gentilezza del personale e per le camere graziose pulite e ampie, ci hanno fatto una bellissima accoglienza, un complimento particolare alla ragazza filippina che con noi è stata gentilissima e ci ha messo a nostro agio. Buen hotel para pasar tres días en Roma. Al lado de la estación de Termini, muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno siempre lo mismo, lo suficiente para coger fuerzas para visitar la ciudad.

Habitaciones muy sencillas. No hay internet en las habitaciones, solo en el comedor. Durante nuestra estancia hubo un grupo de escolares alemanes, y el descanso fue imposible.

L'unico handicap è la mancanza di bidè nel bagno.

L'hotel mi aveva assegnato una camera in una struttura vicina di standard molto inferiore. Ho fatto notare che nella prenotazione via internet non si accennava a possibili cambi e che avevo scelto l'hotel Luciani e non altra struttura per le immagini riportate sul sito. Mi hanno gentilmente assegnato una camera doppia uso singola nell'hotel che avevo scelto.

Would like to be able to make tea/coffee in the room but no complaints. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very accommodating and polite. Thank you.

The staff were excellent. Only problem lots of stairs up to the hotel.

There was a very strong smell of urine coming from the toilet which endured for three days. There was no plug in the bathroom basin to have a shave. The shower door was broken and there a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the passageway outside our door. The pastries were a day old which were served up at breakfast time. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful in providing directions to various sites and gave advice on sights around Rome.
