Acqua calda praticamente appena tiepida, aria condizionata che fa anche riscaldamento, difettosa. Schiamazzi notturni durati dalle 2 alle 5 di notte, senza che nessuno li fermasse, serramenti finestre obsoleti, si sentivano diversi spifferi.

Il check-in al nostro arrivo si è prolungato oltre il previsto. Ci è stata assegnata una camera al pian terreno affacciata sul marciapiede sottostante, dal quale fino a tarda ora, i rumori dei passanti ci hanno condizionato negativamente il riposo notturno. Inoltre, il bagno non era provvisto di finestra. Alla nostra richiesta di usufruire di check-out nelle prime ore del pomeriggio seguente, in un primo tempo ci è stato risposto che non era possibile, poi a fronte di un supplemento tariffario (in parte trattabile) risultava poi disponibile.
