Il servizio non mi è piaciuto e l'hotel era chiassoso con gente che urlava nei corridoi. Non c'è alcuna regola all'interno della struttura.
Ho fatto notare la cosa alla reception, ma la risposta mi ha lasciata al quanto basita.
