En el desayuno me encontre dos cucacharas, una en el mueble donde tienen metida la bolleria, inmediatamente llame a la camarera y con una servilleta la atrapó.
La segunda cucaracha apareció en mi café, pequeñita, pero fué terrible.

Al mio arrivo in hotel con l'auto il portiere mi ha comunicato che non aveva più permessi per farmi arrivare dalla zona pedonale all'albergo (dopo che io ero già arrivata all'albergo) e che quindi sicuramente avrei dovuto pagare la multa di circa 70 euro. Lo stesso portiere mi ha confermato la cosa anche nei giorni successivi. Mentre pagavo al momento della partenza ho raccontato il tutto ad un altro portiere che ha fatto ricerche per trovarmi un pass riferito al momento dell'arrivo che mi ha consegnato e spedito ai vigili ma con data di partenza. Chissà se arriverà la multa! Grazie per l'attenzione Roberta Morini.

La situación del hotel es excelente cerca de los principales monumentos como de Vittorio II, cerca del Colosseo romano. La atención del personal es menos cordial que en España, la actitud de los conserjes, algunos jovenes, sobre información y limpieza es de indiferencia hacia el cliente, ellos son mas importantes que el cliente.
El hotel debería modernizarse un poco y aprovechar el espacio de la terraza, justamente por su excelente vista; lamentablemente la terraza no esta abierta, no hay servicio y es un espacio desperdiciado. Por el resto fue una estancia placentera, la atención en información de una persona mayor fue excelente. Le falta snacks o cateteria abierta hasta mas tarde; buenas conexiones con taxis, transporte. Resultado satisfactorio pero podria ser excelente. saludos
