Als wir ankamen, wußte die Rezeption nichts von unserer Buchung.
Wir wurden für eine Nacht an ein an ein anderes Hotel verwiesen, das aber keinen Aufzug hatte, auf den wir aus med.Gründen Wert legen müssen.
