A termostato spento il calore in camera era tale da costringere due persone ad aprire la finestra (in ottobre) per riuscire a dormire (con conseguenze sulla salute).

We were suprised that Italians eat for breakfast only sweets and coffee. In a 4 star hotel I would expect more choice in vegetables, salads, cheese and ham. There were many international guests and they were looking for non sweet breakfast as well.
