Assurda la tassa di soggiorno di 2 euro/die per un cittadino italiano. Assurdo non poter evitare di pagarla quando è possibile dimostrare che si soggiorna a Roma per lavoro e non per turismo e/o divertimento. Chi soggiorna per lavoro paga già sufficientemente tributi tra alberghi, mezzi pubblici, ristorazione, ecc. Inoltre: se la tassa di soggiorno può andare da uno a tre euro, perchè non far pagare almeno "solo" un euro/die ai cittadini italiani?

Ho apprezzato la cortesia e disponibilità del personale,ma devo dire anche che alla prima colazione le bevande come caffé, cappuccino e cioccolata fossero sempre a malapena tiepide. Chieste spiegazioni in albergo,mi è stato risposto che nessuno si era mai lamentato. Ritengo che questo sia un handicap di rilievo per i clienti.

The breakfast was better than expected.The only major flaw was that not everything was available at once. If you went for breakfast early you didn't get the good stuff, cheese and meat, because they were always served later.

Abgesehen vom Schimmel im Bad,einen einzigen Minischrank und ständig straßenlärm(rundverkehr) war für mich ganz schlimm das verfaulte Obst zum Frühstück. Es wurde nicht ausgewechselt.!

There no meal rating and I would like to tell, that breakfast was fresh, but we were there 4 nights, but we should eat just yoghurt, two kind cereals, different (6-7)kind of bread with jam and one kind of cheese and one kind of meat! No fruits, no hot meal. Our first floor room was so small and no wardrobe or other place to put some other things.

We had some technical problems in the bathroom, like all time flow water in toilet bowl and showers door was broken. If you would have party in next room, it would be very loud, because wall is thin and neighbours can hear. Some positive aspects: it's a safety area and close to metro and bus station but from ROME TERMINI is 20 minutes on foot. The staff is very friendly, it is possible to have some information about activities and a very good city map! That's good, that in rooms you find a safe box and fridge.

La camera era così piccola che conteneva appena il letto matrimoniale, non c'era lo spazio per i comodini e al loro posto una sedia.Si poteva salire sul letto solo da un lato poichè dall'altro lato non c'era lo spazio per passare.

Letto matrimoniale con materassi separati in pessimo stato. Il personale ha comunque cercato di ovviare all'inconveniente approntando dei rimedi in qualche modo sufficienti. Buona attenzione e comprensione per il cliente.

This Hotel is really fantastic.

I could go from Termini Station using the underground (only two station, Policlinico) without problems...
