Non è possibile in una struttura del genere non avere la gestione completa dell'aria condizionata, visto che le raccomandazioni al personale di ricevimento sono state puntualmente disattese. Non ci tornerò finché non sarà risolto questo problema. Per il resto, verde stupendo, bella piscina, ambiente rustico ma non privo di fantasia e struttura affascinante. Tutto il resto del personale (operatori piscina, camerieri, addetti alle pulizie) è ineccepibile. Da rivedere la reception.

L'impianto di riscaldamento centralizzato è pessimo; la permanenza di una sola notte ha comportato un raffreddore che mi è durato alcuni giorni. Da una certa ora della notte dalle bocchette usciva solo aria fredda, per non parlare del rumore. Alle tre ho chiesto di spegnere perché faceva freddo! A causa di ciò, che ho contestato appena sveglio, non utilizzerò più questa struttura. Grazie per aver chiesto il mio parere.
