A very pleasant stay. Nicely renovated and refurbished rooms, included the bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Normally you get much less comfort for much more money in Venice-Mestre in August. Staff was very kind. Breakfast is simple, but delicious and more than satisfactory. The closest bus stop to Venice is just 60 metres from the hotel. There are some construction works going on in the neighbourhood, but it was really not disturbing at all. This was our 3rd long weekend in Venice, and this has been the best hotel so far. Highly recommended! There was just one factor that made me worry all the time. The hotel has no parking on its own, so they send people to a near garage, where you need to hand over the car keys and leave them with the garage assistant for the time of your stay. Nothing wrong did happen, but I felt so stupid all the time. What if something had happened to the car? No insurance would pay, if I told them, that I had handed over the keys myself.

Отель стоит на развязке дорог, окна на дорогу. Система кондиционирования - фанкойл, не работала. Окна открываешь-тучи комаров и дикий грохот с 6 утра. Практически нет розеток в номере, а те, что есть, не работают (при этом первые 2 минуты вроде работают, а потом отключаются). Трудно было зарядить мобильные. В душе не развернуться, вода не регулируется, то ледяная, то кипяток. Все очень бюджетно. Недружелюбный персонал на ресепшен (итальянцы).Хотела купить воды в соседнем магазине после поездки из Венеции, а дети 3 года и 9 лет остались в номере, младший спал, а старший отдыхал, так меня не выпустили из отеля без детей, пригрозили полицией, непонятно почему, пришлось малыша будить, так как магазины непоздно закрываются. В этом районе навалом отелей, и масса недорогих, везде близко до остановок и жд вокзала. Кушать ходили в прекрасный рыбный ресторан, также там есть супермаркет 5 минут пешком. Отель не советую.
