Il personale è efficiente ed estremamente cortese, il che rende l'albergo molto accogliente.

While location is not stunning, due to the blandness of neighbourhood, the accommodation was certainly adequate. We would like to have had a restaurant on site, but that was not the case. Breakfast buffet was adequate but not anything special. We did enjoy a walk on nearby waterfront path, which was pleasant, and appreciated the shuttle service to and from airport although shuttle was half hour late picking us up in the morning.

The man working the desk when we checked in in the afternoon was not engaging in the slightest; we asked about a close restaurant & he directed us to the beach without letting us know. Nothing was open until after 7pm; we walked everywhere and went back to the hotel and asked him to clarify the restaurant info he'd given us and advised him it was not open, he said to wait until 7pm. He acted as if he could not be bothered with questions from hotel guests. He should not be at the front desk.

Also, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Based on our experience, it is doubtful we would stay at this facility again.

We had very great difficulty trying to find the hotel by car.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was very noisy. No facilities nearby, so we had no dinner. It was clean, though and the staff was friendly enough. We were lead to believe there was a shuttle to the airport, but the shuttle did not start soon enough to get us to our flight, so we had to take a taxi after all.

We have stayed in many BW hotels and this is one of the best! The breakfast provided was very generous. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Le service du petit-déjeuner n'était pas satisfaisant car nous avons dû nous adresser à la réception pour faire débarasser les tables non occupées qui étaient pleines de vaisselle salle.

Le réceptionniste nous a répondu que ce n'était pas sont travaille et qu'il avait autre chose à faire, nous avons donc fait de la place sur une table pour pouvoir prendre notre petit-déjeuner.

Es wäre empfehlenswert, das Hotel noch etwas besser auszuschildern, weil man es ohne GPS schlecht findet. Vielleicht könnte man mehrere Wegpfeiler auf der Hauptstrasse und dann zum Hotel anbringen.

Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, wegern der guten Verbindung zum Flughafen. Wir waren mit dem Auto innerhalb 20 Minuten am Airport. Es fährt auch alle halbe Stunde ein Shuttle-Bus zum Flughafen.
