The hotel manager was very rude the food was awful the rooms very poor in all a hotel we would definitely not recommend. The only positive comment to make is the waitress in the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful

The hotel was totally awesome! The staff was incredible! Our Italian speaking skills were limited but my daughter and son spoke french and the hotel was able to have someone translate from English. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I speak too. I was looking for a place around Aosta and did all of my research from the Internet. It's always scary when you are taking a family of 6 from America to another country and depend on other comments to determine if the place to stay is safe, clean, and accommodating to your family. I was so happy with this hotel, we'd gladly stay there again! If I had to list any negatives, it would be that there wasn't AC and on a hot day it would be tough, and the shower was small, but that's typical for European travel.

Accueil simple et chaleureux. Agréable séjour situé à proximité d'une trés belle région.

À notre arrive la chambre n'était pas prête. Il était plus de 19h. Ils ne nous ont même pas offert une boisson pendant notre attente. C'était la moindre de choses, nous attendions au bar. On c'est retrouve dans une petite chambre pour un lit ou ils avaient installé un lit double bien sur pas de place pour les tables de nuits, pas de lampe de chevet d'un côté et pour couronner le tout une orchestre jouait pendant une bonne partie de la nuit sous nos fenêtres. Les moquettes étaient en mauvais état toutes usées. Au moment de payer ils auraient pu nous faire une réduction pour tout ces problèmes rencontre. Enfin nous avons payé en espèce et nous n'avons même pas eu de facture. Je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne! ou est la qualité du 3 étoiles?

On y retournera sans hesitation.

Avevo gia' soggiornato in questo hotel; nella camera di quest'anno se non chiudevi la porta a chiave rimaneva aperta e crepe sui muri.

Prix des chambres très variables sans justifications..

Excellent accueil; en français qui plus est, cadre magnifique personnel et services sans aucun reproche. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans retenues. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Félicitations au propriétaire et à toute son équipe.
