Bei 4 Sternen erwarten wir auch den dazugehörigen Service, der nicht wirklich vorhanden ist.
Z.B. lag ein toter Vogel auf unserer Terrasse, der während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht beseitigt wurde.
Im einem unserer Zimmer liefen wohl auch die Ablüftungen der Klimaanlage mehrerer/vieler/aller Zimmer zusammen, so dass selbst mit Abschaltung der Klimaanlage im Zimmer eine hohe "Lärmbelästigung" in den Abend-/Nachtstunden vorhanden war. Das sollte in einem 4Sterne-Hotel, unserer Meinung nach, anders geregelt sein.
Wirklich empfehlen können wir dieses Hotel nicht.

Der Kaffee war schrecklich-und das in Italien.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer gross und der Garten besonders nett mit Pool und seezugang-Früstücken im Garten war toll.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel wäre ein umfangreiches Frühstück und ein doch frischerer Zustand (Bausubstanz und Möbel ) angebracht. 190 Euro pro Zimmer inkl. Frühstück ist wohl in erster Linie der Preis für die direkte Lage am Gardasee und den möglichen Seeblick ab 3. Stock.

Ich finde es nicht gut wennman für Sauna nochmals extra bezahlen muß und nicht mal WASSER bekommt für die Sauna

Il manque des places de parcs vers l'hôtel, se n'est pas normal de devoir payer 10 euros par jours le parking en face de l'hôtel pour cette catégorie de prix.

Nous rentrions d'un ^hôtel 4 étoiles en Autriche et avons été déçus de voir qu'ici pour une nuitée plus chère les saunas, salle de sport et hammam étaient payants.
Les horaires de la piscine sont un peu justes si on se promène le journée, à 18h on a envie de se rafraîchir (cela a été possible mais c'était contre le règlement .
7 places de parking pour 40 chambres, c'est un peu juste surtout que tous les parkings sont en zone bleue ou encore en surplus.
Personnel du restaurant super sympa mais le rythme est trop rapide: pas le temps de poser la fourchette que tout est débarrassé: dommage car les menus étaient équilibrés et délicieux.
